Through the beed leadership center, beed works on transformation of individuals through coaching and leadership programs. beed has developed different modules of proprietary Leadership Thinkshops, that combine group coaching, training, workshop and protreptic techniques. More than 600 people have attended different types of Thinkshops.
The center works on the premise that individuals are their own masters and external facilitators can only help facilitate the process of growth. The center believes in exploring the domain of leadership development through self-discovery and operates different programs under this principle. The center conducts leadership programs for individuals as well as organizations. The “Unleashing Nepal Unleashing You” Leadership Thinkshop has been the most popular program delivered by the center. The center has also introduced individual and group coaching.

Unleashing Nepal, Unleashing You®
This two-day program focuses on preparing leaders to take on an increasingly globalized world and is adapted to Nepal’s work culture and environment. The program is delivered using contemporary communication modalities. Day 1 involves exploring oneself, taking stock of one’s strengths and weaknesses and setting personal goals and missions. Day 2 focuses on stretching goals and missions, identifying gaps and filling identified gaps.
Consists of four sessions conducted over 2-4 hours that are tailor-made to the target segment. Through interactive modules, the Thought Facilitator provides a fresh pair of lenses to identify current challenges and explore ways to overcome them. Participants explore multiple dimensions of looking at the future, and realize the changes they need to make in themselves to minimize hurdles in the journey ahead.
Shikhar Leadership Thinkshop®
This four-day residential Thinkshop is designed for C Suite Executives. The shrinking global village brings about professional challenges from different quarters, making it necessary to continue to upgrade and update work practices and manage work-life balance. The Thinkshop explores real life situations and challenges to be able to understand one’s leadership style, both professional and personal.

These are generally organization sponsored programs that assign senior management members with a coach and work towards organizational growth, managing challenges and delivering better performance.
The coach acts as a sounding board and is available like a general physician to the client.
These are coaching programs designed to tackle common issues in a particular group of people.
Sponsored by organizations, these sessions work towards resolving underlying issues while at the same time helping set and achieve group goals.

Thought Leader Sujeev Shakya
Sujeev Shakya, Thought Facilitator, is the CEO of beed management, a brand that is engaged in positive transforma-tion of individuals and organizations in Nepal, Bhutan and Rwanda. He combines over twenty five years of diverse ex-perience as an entrepreneur, consultant, writer and coach to conduct the thinkshop. He is also author of the bestseller Unleashing Nepal (Penguin 2009) and Chairs Nepal Economic Forum, Nepal’s premier private sector led economic policy and research institution.
Sujeev is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Graduate Diploma in International Marketing from Boston University (USA) and is a Certified Coach from Columbia University (USA), thereby bringing about a multi-dimensional perspective to professional and personal issues. He is a showcase alumni of the prestigious Hubert Humphrey Fellow (US). Sujeev has also conducted research on Buddha’s resonance as a coach for his thesis, under the coaching program. He is currently a regular columnist for the Kathmandu Post.
