Arya combines her roles as a beed at beed management and a Project Coordinator at Nepal Economic Forum to contribute to research and operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and an MPhil in Social Psychology from the University of Hong Kong. Arya’s academic work, including studies on group-based stereotypes and collective action, has been published in journals such as the European Journal of Social Psychology. At NEF, Arya anchors the China and the World study and is instrumental in streamlining systems, processes, and proposal development at beed.
