Lisa Choegyal is a British writer and sustainable tourism specialist who has lived in Kathmandu for 50 years. She directs the award-winning Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge and consults on tourism across Asia, the Pacific, and Africa. An author and regular writer on tourism and conservation, she also has extensive experience in film production liaisons and serves on multiple nonprofit boards. Since 2010, Lisa has been the New Zealand Honorary Consul to Nepal.
