Sujeev is the founder CEO of beed. He leverages over 25 years of experience in diverse fields and geographies to advise, lead and inspire. With comprehensive networks in Nepal’s public, private, civil and diplomatic sectors, Sujeev is a trusted business and policy advisor and respected strategic thinker. From economies of developing countries to economies of human beings, he moves across different worlds, with his passion for the Himalayas being the axis.
Raju has nine years of experience working across a diverse range of sectors particularly in Realty, hospitality, Tourism, Manufacturing and Development studies. He has a strong research background and has conducted research for various feasibility studies and diagnostic studies in value chain, real estate, economic assessment, travel and tourism, retail, manufacturing and insurance sectors. His key experience lies in client coordination, market based research and liaising with government institutions.
Rojesh Bhakta Shrestha
Rojesh has over ten years of experience in the management consulting and investment management sector. Rojesh has an extensive knowledge about Nepali financial sector and is a key member of fund management and boutique advisory services at beed. He has also served as a board member of a financial institution licensed by the central bank of Nepal. He holds an MBA degree with specialization in finance, and has completed BSc in finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado, USA.
Sudip has over 12 years of experience working in emerging markets including Bhutan, Cambodia, India, Nepal, and Rwanda. Sudip has spearheaded many of beed’s development and management consulting assignments and has extensive experience in providing advisory services to development agencies and private sector companies. Sudip specializes in deal sourcing, organizational diagnostics and restructuring, feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, valuation, and economic analysis.
His work traverses many sectors including finance, trade, tourism, forestry, agriculture, banking and IT and his key strength lies in establishing strong working and networking relationships with and between partners, clients, donors, and other stakeholders.
Samridhi is a graduate in International Political Economy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has strong research and analytical skills and her work traverses across many areas of economic development including business and investment climate, good governance, international and regional trade, fiscal federalism and private sector development among others.
Shreemanjari is a student of Sociology and has completed MPhil from Tribhuvan University. She joined NEF as a coordinator of the Himalayan Consensus Summit in 2017. Currently, she is engaged in research assignments at beed. Before joining beed, she worked as a research associate at the Social Science Baha and freelanced for development organizations.
Anant has worked in various industries in Bangalore City for four years. Upon his return to Nepal, he joined beed management. His focus areas lies in economic and policy research and analysis. He holds a degree in Master of Science in Economics & Business Administration specializing in International Business Management from the Oulu Business School in Oulu, Finland.
Sugam Nanda Bajracharya
Sugam Nanda Bajracharya is an MBA graduate from Stamford International University. He has worked in the financial accounting field for a couple of years and has keen interest in corporate finance, financial planning, and investment management. Currently, he is working as a Beed fellow at Beed management.
Tanushree Agrawal is a BBA Graduate from Christ University, with a major in Finance. Her areas of interest are Mergers and Acquisitions, private equity, impact investing, and economic policy. She was previously associated with BankerBay, an investment banking firm in India, working with the M&A team. She is currently working as a fellow at beed management.
Sarik Koirala is a graduate from NIT Jaipur with a major in Computer Science & Engineering. He has over 2 years of consulting experience working at Deloitte USI. He intends on specializing in data driven Management consulting and advisory. He is currently working as a Fellow at Beed Management.
Nasala Maharjan joined Nepal Economic Forum as a Research Fellow and is currently working as an Aspiring Beed at Beed Management. She is a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA Honors) graduate from Kathmandu University with a major in Finance. She is mostly interested in researching and writing about economic development and contemporary issues in Nepal.
Sampada has a Masters in Commerce with a specialization in International Business from Mount Carmel College, India. She has over 2 years of experience working for the private sector in India and Nepal, particularly within the manufacturing sector. Her core interest lies in strategy consulting and market research. Sampada is currently working as an Aspiring Beed.
hira has been working as an associate beed since the inception of the company, and acts as a support staff for all the beeds. Before joining beed, he was assisting the CEO of beed, Sujeev and has been working with him for the past fifteen years.
