Arya is an MPhil graduate in Social Psychology from the University of Hong Kong. Her graduate thesis explored the role of perceived characteristics of apologizing groups in the effectiveness of intergroup apologies. Before joining beed, Arya worked as a Research Assistant at the Community Action and Research Lab at the University of Hong Kong.
